ABPlanz’s adoption of BOMA standards promotes the efficient method of measurement across all property types. We have 16 years of experience calculating areas based on BOMA standards.

Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) international introduced the first Standard Method of floor measurement for office buildings in 1915. Since then there have been many iterations to the standard and the most current standards are listed below.

If exterior work is contemplated on a building then elevations are required for a building permit. ABPlanz specializes in measuring and drawing elevations.
